Even in small quantities, a steady supply is crucial, so shipments are facilitated only through companies with sufficient capital, infrastructure, integrity, and extensive experience.
Live Snow Crab
While there are live opilio now crabs produced in Korea, the quantity is limited, and the majority are of Russian origin. Except for the early spring when the supply is not smooth due to Russia's drifting ice, snow crabs are generally available throughout the year. Crabs with different flavors and sizes are supplied depending on the season
